Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Manager in Benoni to optimize sales workflows, manage CRM systems, and deliver data-driven insights.

You will partner with sales leadership, marketing, and finance in a hybrid role that balances in-office collaboration with remote analytical tasks to drive performance improvements.

You will implement enablement tools, develop dashboards, and support forecasting to help the sales team exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales operations or a related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
• Excellent understanding of sales methodologies and the sales lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functional.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
