Placements24 is seeking an organized Sales Coordinator in Kimberley for a hybrid role combining in-office and remote work. You will support the sales team, manage calendars, prepare client documents, and coordinate activities to drive timely responses and accurate CRM data.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, proactive collaboration with marketing and operations, and a detail-oriented approach to sales processes in the Northern Cape region.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative or coordination experience, preferably within a sales environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents.
• Coordinate sales activities, such as follow-ups on leads and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
• Maintain and update the sales database (CRM) with accurate customer information and sales activities.
• Process sales orders and ensure accurate record-keeping for invoicing and reporting.
