Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in retail operations or store supervision.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong inventory control and POS systems knowledge.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (onsite and remote).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to meet targets.
