Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Retail Store Administrator for our Sandton store. You will support store management, handle customer documentation, and keep records up to date in a hybrid on-site/remote setup.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and POS systems. This role offers growth within a premium retail environment in Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Manage store administrative functions, including filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
• Support store management with scheduling, staff rosters, and attendance tracking.
• Process and manage sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, directing them as necessary.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, such as stock counts and data entry.
• Prepare reports on sales, stock, and operational activities as required.
• Ensure the store maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Order and manage office supplies and store-related consumables.
• Provide support to the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain a professional and organized front office environment.
