Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead business process improvement initiatives in Centurion. You will drive BPI from conception to completion, engaging with stakeholders across departments and guiding change management efforts to elevate operational performance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in process analysis, Lean Six Sigma, and project management, with experience in remote work settings. Centurion-based leadership is valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, with a strong specialization in business process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, or operational excellence.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex BPI projects that resulted in measurable improvements.
• Expertise in process mapping, analysis, and re-engineering techniques.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and process modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment and analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, automation, and cost reduction.
• Develop comprehensive project plans for business process improvement initiatives, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and KPIs.
• Manage the execution of BPI projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and collaborate with department heads and teams to redesign and optimize business workflows.
• Implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma or other relevant methodologies to drive process enhancements and measure outcomes.
• Monitor the performance of implemented processes and identify opportunities for ongoing refinement.
• Communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure that all process improvements align with the company's strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the documentation of new and updated business processes in Centurion.
