Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Consultant in Benoni to improve business processes for Gauteng clients. You will map current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design optimized processes while guiding adoption across client teams.

The role requires 3-5 years in process analysis, proficiency with mapping software, and strong Lean/Six Sigma knowledge. Collaborative, detail-oriented professionals will thrive in a hybrid work setting with opportunities for certifications and career growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years in business process analysis, improvement, or operations consulting.
Proficiency with process mapping software and analytical tools.
Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Map, analyze, and document current business processes using various modeling techniques.
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within client operations.
Design and recommend optimized business processes and workflows.
Lead the implementation of process changes, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and adoption.
Develop KPIs to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
