Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management with a focus on process improvement
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and change-management abilities
• Proven ability to deliver projects remotely
