Job summary

Sybrin is seeking an Application Support Engineer (ASE) to troubleshoot and debug code faults in the Sybrin software, ensuring production stability for customer environments. The role focuses on proactive maintenance, strong customer service, and adherence to SLA while working in a remote team.

You will mentor Junior engineers and lead key service delivery functions, handling escalations and driving improvements in support practices. Weekend support is required with fair compensation.

Qualifications

• Degree + Professionally Skilled Level.
• Minimum of 2 year's experience at Associate level or minimum 4 years' experience at Intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production stability and ensure service delivery to customers.
• Manage incidents, prevent recurring issues, and meet SLA targets.
• Lead Juniors and provide guidance on problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Maintain high quality interactions with customers and uphold company values.
• Support and promote initiatives from the Service Delivery leadership.
