You will leverage advanced diagnostic tools and your extensive experience to ensure client satisfaction and technical excellence in a remote-first organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical support, with a significant focus on remote engineering and complex problem-solving.
• Expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues across a wide range of hardware and software platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide and develop technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced remote troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex technical issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of remote support engineers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
