Job summary

Klipboard is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to deliver responsive, customer-focused application support for Klipboard software. You will own incidents, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear updates while ensuring service levels. A CS degree and ITIL knowledge help drive efficient problem resolution.

Qualifications

Computer Science degree or equivalent required.
Strong KCML programming knowledge and databases understanding.
ItIL framework knowledge and service management experience.
Proven incident investigation and problem-solving skills.
Clear written and verbal communication to keep customers informed.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of incidents and problems with timely investigation and resolution.
Manage and progress support cases while minimising ageing backlogs.
Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement practical workarounds.
Provide updates to customers on incident progress and resolutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
Maintain accurate records in the ITSM system.
