Placements24 is seeking a strategic Property Development Manager to oversee Mossel Bay area projects from concept to handover. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and authorities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and at least five years of development project management experience; strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property development project management.
• Proven experience managing complex development projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry, planning processes, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of property development projects.
