Qualifications

• Registered Professional Architect with a valid practicing certificate.
• 10+ years of experience in architectural practice with a strong project portfolio.
• Proven project management experience including contract administration and site supervision.
• Expertise in Revit and other architectural design/documentation software.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and building science.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of architectural projects from inception to post-construction.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and resources for timely delivery.
• Lead client communication, presentations, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors and regulators for seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and quality standards.
• Mentor and guide junior architectural staff to promote professional development.
