Qualifications

• 1–3 years of procurement support, purchasing assistant, or coordinator experience.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and identifying potential suppliers for goods and services.
• Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, deliveries, and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions and supplier information.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on outstanding orders.
