Qualifications

• Experience as a Purchasing Coordinator or in an administrative/procurement role.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and purchasing software.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders per procedures.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier data.
• Track order statuses and expedite deliveries when needed.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet purchasing needs promptly.
• Assist with data entry, reporting and administrative tasks.
