You will gain exposure to purchase requisitions, supplier quotes, and vendor records while contributing to an efficient supply chain. The role is hybrid, offering in-office collaboration with remote workdays in Nelspruit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desirable qualification in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
• Previous administrative or purchasing support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilités

• Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders.
• Identify and contact suppliers for quotes.
• Maintain records of purchases, supplier agreements, and deliveries.
• Follow up on orders and resolve basic discrepancies.
• Provide data entry support and prepare procurement reports.
• Handle general administrative tasks for the purchasing department.
