Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a process engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with process control systems and data analysis techniques.
• Understanding of safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
• Experience with hybrid work arrangements and effective remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement.
• Implement and validate changes to chemical processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including P&IDs and operating procedures.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure safe and effective plant operation.
