Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering, Chemical engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing or related industrial role.
• Demonstrated Lean Six Sigma experience and tools.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and equipment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities in efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Design and implement new process layouts, equipment modifications and procedures.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation (P&IDs and SOPs).
• Collaborate with production, maintenance and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and problem resolution.
• Monitor process performance, collect data and generate reports with recommendations.
