Job summary

Diageo in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, seeks a Sales Manager - Eastern Cape to lead an On-Trade sales team and drive market share. You will execute the On-Trade strategy, plan quarterly activities, review KPIs and coach a high-performance team to deliver results.

You will build strong relationships with key On-Trade and Redistributor customers, manage the sales budget and collaborate with Marketing, National Accounts and HR to achieve business goals in FMCG sectors across the Eastern Cape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of sales experience with people leadership.
• Commercial FMCG experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a highly effective On-Trade sales team to win market share for Diageo.
• Execute the formal On-Trade strategy with excellence in business plans and cycles.
• Plan quarterly sales execution to achieve KPIs and review performance.
• Build relationships with key On-Trade and Redistributor customers.
• Manage the sales budget and align with stakeholders (Marketing, National Accounts, HR, Sales OPS).
