Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Claims Adjuster (motor claims)
• Strong knowledge of motor vehicle mechanics and repair processes
• Ability to interpret policy coverage and liability
• Excellent investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle motor vehicle claims efficiently and accurately
• Conduct on-site inspections and assess vehicle damages
• Interview claimants, witnesses, and relevant parties to gather information
• Interpret policy coverage and determine liability extent
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and third parties within guidelines
• Manage caseloads ensuring timely progress and closure
• Prepare detailed reports documenting investigations and settlements
• Identify fraud indicators and elevate suspicious claims
• Maintain accurate claim records in the system
• Communicate clearly with policyholders throughout the process
