Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hybrid, event-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordination of events from concept to post-event analysis.
• Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and preferences.
• Help manage budgets and track expenses.
• Source and negotiate with venues, caterers, AV technicians, and other vendors.
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, setup and breakdown.
• Provide on-site support, manage guest registration and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with marketing and promotion of events.
• Prepare post-event reports and gather client feedback.
• Maintain organized event-related documentation and contacts.
