Placements24 is seeking a proactive Junior Project Coordinator to support its PMO in Randburg, Gauteng. A recent graduate with strong organizational skills will assist project managers across planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, IT, PM, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with MS Office; familiarity with PM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in developing project plans and schedules.
• Track project progress and update documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
• Monitor timelines and flag delays or issues.
• Support resource allocation and management.
• Assist in managing risks and issues logs.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Help manage project budgets and track expenses.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Support project closure and post-project reviews.
