Qualifications

Graduate with a degree or diploma in Event Management, Marketing, PR, Hospitality.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with event software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating conferences, corporate functions, and social gatherings.
Source and manage vendors, venues, caterers, decorators, and entertainment.
Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans.
Coordinate setup and breakdown, ensuring on-site execution.
Manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs.
Support post-event activities including debriefs and financial reconciliation.
