Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in IT Infrastructure and Cloud recruitment.
• Experience placing Network Engineer, Cloud Architect, System Administrator, Cybersecurity Specialist.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize.
• Knowledge of Soweto/Gauteng IT market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT Infrastructure and Cloud roles.
• Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates with expertise in networking, cloud platforms, security, and systems administration.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of IT professionals.
• Partner with clients to understand their technical requirements and staffing needs.
• Conduct effective interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for successful placements.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in IT infrastructure and cloud computing.
• Develop and nurture relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
