Qualifications

• BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering (or related) required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project engineering, with focus on municipal/public infrastructure.
• Strong project management skills (planning, scheduling, budgeting).
• Good understanding of water, sanitation, and road design and construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of infrastructure projects from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and municipal authorities.
• Oversee design development for water, sanitation, and road projects.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and mitigate issues.
• Review and approve project drawings, specs, and reports.
• Liaise with clients to meet requirements and manage expectations.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
• Prepare status reports and presentations for management and clients.
