Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of municipal infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, water, wastewater).
• Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and environmental assessments.
• Manage project lifecycles including procurement, contract administration, and construction supervision.
• Ensure compliance with bylaws, standards, and environmental regulations.
