Formación

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional registration with ECSA (Pr. Eng/Pr. Tech Eng) is highly desirable.
• Minimum 6 years of civil engineering project management experience on municipal infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the planning and design of municipal infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and water/sanitation systems.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines in coordination with clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Appoint and manage external consultants and contractors.
• Monitor project execution, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess progress and resolve technical issues.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and financial statements.
• Ensure projects are completed sustainably and meet community needs.
• Assist in the development of proposals and fee submissions for new projects.
