The hybrid role combines on-site collaboration in Mahikeng with remote work flexibility, focusing on urban development, transportation, and public facilities to meet community needs.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in public infrastructure project management, strong leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in government procurement processes

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Project Management.
• 5+ years of project management experience in public infrastructure.
• Experience with government-funded projects and procurement.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and completion of public infrastructure projects.
• Define scopes, budgets, and timelines with public sector clients.
• Oversee project teams of engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants.
• Manage procurement, tendering, and contract processes.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and building codes in North West.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Report status to clients and management.
• Ensure timely delivery benefiting Mahikeng community.
