The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR administration and payroll, with proficiency in payroll software, HRIS, and Excel. You’ll maintain records, implement HR policies, and handle sensitive data with confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Human Resources or Payroll Administration.
• At least 3 years in HR administration and payroll processing.
• Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems (HRIS).
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and system updates.
• Assist with HR policies and procedures implementation and administration.
• Respond to employee HR and payroll queries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare HR reports, statistics, and documentation for management.
• Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate databases.
• Ensure BCEA and other labor-law compliance.
