You will partner with department heads to implement HR policies, maintain accurate records in the HRIS, and contribute to the success of a dynamic team through effective communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment law.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting and scheduling.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding for employees.
• Provide guidance on HR policies to staff and management.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
• Support HR initiatives and address employee relations issues.
