You will work closely with management to ensure policy compliance, manage onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and recruitment coordination, while maintaining accurate HR records and contributing to a productive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
• Administer benefits programs and respond to inquiries.
• Address employee relations issues and provide guidance.
• Maintain HR records and ensure data protection compliance.
