Job summary

Placements24 in Randburg is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to manage the full spectrum of HR duties in a hybrid environment. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and ensure policy compliance across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least 4 years of HR Generalist experience, strong knowledge of SA labor law and HRIS, and excellent communication and organizational skills to support managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• At least 4 years' experience as an HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
• Provide guidance on policies and labor law compliance for employees and managers.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitiveness and equity.
• Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations, recommending resolutions.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
