Job summary

Placements24 is assisting a prominent hospitality group in Mahikeng, North West to appoint an experienced Human Resources Manager. You will lead HR across the group, overseeing relations, recruitment, training, compensation, and compliance to support strategic goals.

You will implement HR strategies, manage recruitment and onboarding, ensure labour law compliance, and foster a positive work environment in a demanding hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years HR experience, hospitality preferred.
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS and standard office software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours in the Mahikeng, North West hospitality environment.
