Placements24 is seeking a Client Technical Support Specialist to deliver expert technical assistance for our fintech software and platforms. You will troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with internal teams, and provide proactive support to a diverse client base from our Sandton offices.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in technical support, strong communication skills, and a solid technical background in financial systems.

Formación

• 3–4 years of experience in technical support, preferably in fintech or technology.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software and system issues.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with financial systems, trading platforms, or related technologies is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to financial software and platforms.
• Troubleshoot application errors, connectivity problems, and integration challenges.
• Document all client interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM/ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Conduct remote training sessions for clients on software features and best practices.
• Monitor client systems and address potential performance issues proactively.
• Ensure client satisfaction with timely, accurate, and professional support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and product quality.
