Placements24 is partnering with a fast-growing fintech company in South Africa to hire a Client Support Specialist. This fully remote role allows you to support clients across the country, guiding them through inquiries and resolving issues with both technical and non-technical help.

You will use CRM and ticketing systems to document interactions and collaborate with product teams. The ideal candidate has experience in customer support or success, excellent communication, strong problem-solving,

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, helpdesk or client success role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and support ticketing systems.
• Remote work capability and independence.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and non-technical support to clients via email, chat, and phone.
• Troubleshoot account access, platform functionality, and transaction inquiries.
• Educate clients on product features and best practices.
• Document client interactions and resolutions in the CRM.
• Identify patterns and provide feedback to product and development teams.
• Manage client inquiries proactively and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with onboarding and training processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and policies.
