Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in financial services or banking.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations.

• Proficiency with financial software, CRM systems, and standard office applications.
• Detail-oriented with high data-entry accuracy.

• Residency near Pietermaritzburg preferred.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in finance or business administration are assets.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

• Provide information on the company's range of financial products and services.
• Assist clients with onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition and comprehensive understanding.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases to the relevant internal departments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and transaction histories in the CRM system.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential needs.
• Prepare and present reports on client interactions, service levels, and satisfaction metrics.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, market trends, and company product updates.
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and reliability.
