Placements24 is seeking a proactive Delivery Coordinator to manage delivery operations and optimize schedules for the Mahikeng region. You will coordinate daily deliveries, supervise driver assignments, and liaise with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Delivery Coordinator, Dispatcher, or Logistics Assistant.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with dispatch or logistics software.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of the Mahikeng area and surrounding delivery zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries to ensure prompt and efficient service.
• Manage driver assignments, routes, and delivery timelines effectively.
• Monitor delivery progress and provide real-time updates to customers and relevant departments.
• Address and resolve any delivery-related issues, such as delays or special requests.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver performance, and customer feedback.
