Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar senior role.
• Strong knowledge of culinary operations, menu engineering, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a hybrid work environment balancing planning with on-site oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, and banqueting.
• Develop and implement menus and beverage programs aligned with trends and guest preferences.
• Manage F&B costs, inventory, purchasing and waste reduction to maximise profitability.
• Recruit, train, and lead the F&B team to ensure high performance and guest service.
• Ensure health, hygiene, and safety regulations across all F&B operations.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and events to drive F&B revenue.
