Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Food and Beverage management within the hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated success in menu development, cost control, and P&L management for F&B operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the F&B department across restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.
• Develop and execute innovative menus and beverage programs with Executive Chefs.
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue and profitability.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through high-quality food, service, and atmosphere.
• Enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards across all F&B operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team for outstanding performance and growth.
