Placements24 has partnered with a prominent Durban hotel to recruit a seasoned Food & Beverage Manager to lead outlets, bars and banqueting operations. You will drive guest satisfaction, menu innovation and revenue growth across multiple venues.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management with 4+ years in hotel F&B leadership, strong budgeting and people-management skills, and a customer-centric approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years' progressive F&B management experience in hotel settings.
• Proven track record across multiple outlets and event catering.
• Strong budgeting, P&L, and cost-control skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of local liquor laws and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all hotel F&B outlets.
• Develop menus and beverage programs with culinary teams.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and waste reduction.
• Prepare and monitor departmental budgets and profitability.
• Train and supervise F&B staff; foster teamwork.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
• Lead guest relations and resolve complaints.
• Implement sales and marketing for F&B events.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless service.
