Placements24 is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager for a renowned Bloemfontein hotel. You will oversee all restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting operations, lead staff, manage inventory, and control costs to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires leadership, strong F&B knowledge, and a passion for culinary excellence. A hybrid work arrangement combines strategic hotel planning with remote oversight.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage management within hospitality.
• Proven track record across multiple F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, banqueting).
• Strong knowledge of cost control, inventory, and quality standards.
• Leadership, communication, and staff development skills.
• Experience with F&B management software and POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets.
• Mentor and manage F&B staff including hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews.
• Develop menus, promotions, and pricing with Executive Chef.
• Control costs, inventory, and purchasing for profitability.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and address feedback promptly.
• Coordinate banquets and events with clients and events team.
• Develop and manage the F&B budget and revenue streams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
• Collaborate with other departments for cohesive guest experience.
