Placements24 client, a prestigious hotel in Pretoria, seeks an experienced and strategic Food & Beverage Manager to elevate dining across all outlets, delivering exceptional service, culinary quality, and financial performance.

You will oversee restaurants, bars, banquets and room service; develop innovative menus with the Executive Chef; ensure guest satisfaction and cost control; lead a diverse team; and drive revenue through marketing initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years in F&B management in hospitality.
• Experience managing multiple outlets including banqueting.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control capabilities.
• Degree in Hospitality Management preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations of all hotel F&B outlets.
• Develop innovative menus and beverage programs with the Executive Chef and bar managers.
• Ensure guest service, ambiance and quality across F&B touchpoints.
• Manage inventory, budgeting and financial performance of the F&B department.

• Implement health, safety, and sanitation regulations within F&B operations.
