Placements24 is seeking an Energy Sector Recruitment Consultant in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. The hybrid role combines remote work flexibility with office collaboration, sourcing and placing professionals across renewable energy, oil & gas, and utilities.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build client relationships, screen candidates, and develop a strong talent pipeline in the energy sector, driving growth and delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in recruitment with energy sector focus.
• Experience sourcing for engineers, project managers, geologists, technicians.
• Strong understanding of energy market sub-sectors and players.
• Proactive candidate engagement and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for energy sector roles.
