Placements24 is seeking a proactive HR Specialist focused on Talent Acquisition to join a remote-first team with occasional travel to Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and enhance the employer brand across departments.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in high-volume recruitment, sourcing strategies, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years' experience in talent acquisition, with full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven success in sourcing and recruiting for diverse roles, including technical positions.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Strong interviewing, negotiation, and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role specifications.
• Utilize sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent stages.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for hard-to-fill roles.
• Enhance employer brand through compelling job postings and engagement.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track recruitment KPIs and provide regular reports.
• Stay informed about market trends and best practices in TA.
