Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead our online growth. This fully remote role focuses on developing and executing cutting-edge marketing strategies that drive traffic, conversions and customer loyalty for our e-commerce platforms.

You will translate business goals into campaigns, oversee multi‑channel programs, and mentor a remote team of marketing professionals in a data‑driven, high‑performance culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ecommerce marketing experience with proven sales growth.
• Experience in multi-channel digital campaigns.
• Strong analytics using Google/Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication and PM skills.
• Thrives in fully remote, autonomous work environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a holistic ecommerce marketing strategy (SEO, SEM, social, email, affiliates).
• Oversee creation and optimization of website content, product descriptions, promotions.
• Manage and scale paid campaigns across platforms for ROI and budget efficiency.
• Analyze ecommerce metrics and report to senior leadership.
• Develop customer retention strategies including loyalty programs and personalized emails.
• Lead and mentor a remote marketing team fostering collaboration and high performance.
