You will develop dashboards, monitor metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS), run A/B tests, and collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams. Strong analytics and tools like GA, Tableau/Power BI are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, e-commerce analysis, or a similar data-focused role.
Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and e-commerce metrics.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social, email, and display.
Create and maintain dashboards showing KPIs like conversion rate, CAC, LTV, ROAS.
Analyze customer behavior, website performance, and market trends to derive insights.
