Placements24 is seeking an E-commerce Business Analyst in Kimberley to drive data-informed decisions and optimise website performance, customer experience, and growth. You will analyze traffic, sales data and KPIs, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for marketing, sales and IT teams.

The role requires 2+ years in BA or Data Analyst within e-commerce, proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL and Excel/Google Sheets, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, SQL and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience creating and interpreting reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, sales data and other KPIs to identify trends and insights.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track e-commerce performance and present findings to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for website optimization, conversion rate improvement, and enhanced customer journey mapping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and assess the impact of new features or initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy.
• Assist in forecasting sales and planning inventory based on data analysis.
