Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Economics)
• 2-4 years experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, ability to explain data to non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from e-commerce platforms, web analytics, and marketing tools
• Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and campaign performance to identify insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and present findings
