Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical E-commerce Analytics Specialist to join the team in Upington. You will collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to drive e-commerce performance, tracking KPIs and informing strategy across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Analyst or Data Analyst focusing on online retail.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, and BI platforms (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO analysis.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain findings to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to e-commerce traffic, sales, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and present findings to stakeholders.
• Identify trends and insights to inform e-commerce strategy and decision-making.
