Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Proven track record of effective debt collection and account management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
• Contact customers via phone, email, and other channels to follow up on overdue accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers, adhering to company policies.
• Resolve customer queries and disputes related to invoicing and payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer communications.
