You will coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, develop agendas, liaise with marketing, and provide on-site support to ensure flawless execution and measurable ROI across multiple events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience planning and executing corporate events (conferences, launches, client events, staff gatherings).
• Strong organizational, time-management and project-management skills.
• Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
• Proficiency with event management software and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all corporate events to meet objectives and client expectations.
• Develop detailed event budgets and manage them to stay within costs.
• Source and negotiate with venues, caterers, AV suppliers, and other vendors.
• Create event timelines and manage logistics, setup, and breakdown.
• Develop event content and programming, including speaker coordination and agendas.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop invitations and collateral.
• Provide on-site support during events and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct post-event analysis and report on success and ROI.
